Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

Bay Cottage

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.
