You will enter through the main house, to find 500m2 of paradise of silence and tranquility, patio, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, cinema, orchard and a beautiful recently built house of 95m2 in the historic center of the city. The property consists of two buildings, the main one through which you will access is not yet renovated and only serves as support for the new pool house which is the one for rent.

Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. Our finca has only one rental unit: use of the swimming pool is therefore reserved for guests only. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.

It can be equipped with everything needed for a baby (crib, high chair, bathtub with changing table, bottle warmer...).

I have to tell you, and I hope it's not a big inconvenience, that this apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, but I guarantee you that it's a charming apartment, which together with the service and location can compensate for this "drawback" that I wanted to mention.
