A CAR IS A MUST, AS THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT CONNECTION In the middle part is our meeting room for company seminars and weddings.(Weekend only) & on the top floor we live with 2 children.

Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. There's only one bathroom in this apartment which is in the bedroom. This apartment has a pretty large terrace, though. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.

He was genuinely curious in making our days worth it and told us how to avoid lines and what trails to take given our intermediate hiking experience. Simone is a very warm-hearted host who genuinely cares about my accommodation needs, making me feel truly welcomed 🥺🫶🏻. She even came to the station to greet me, which really showed her enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. When introducing the room, Simone takes the time to speak slowly, allowing me to clearly understand every detail, which I find very considerate 🌸. This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.

AMAZING stay. Bernhardt was attentive and helpful when needed, and also left us to enjoy the stay. I appreciate his recommendations for a car repair and restaurant to help us after a long drive and getting in late. The deck immediately on the lake is the highlight - heated pool, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, sun loungers and steps directly into the lake. Paddle boards were available. The private driveway cannot be taken for granted, this place gives privacy and a quick drive to town. You can enjoy the amenities and views of the area without leaving home if you like! Or, get out for an amazing adventure. Entertaining bird watching! This place is highly recommended and we look forward to coming back.
