Ideally located villa, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla, beaches. Wooden exterior layout, heated pool (May to September, heat pump 26°, water temperature according to weather conditions), outdoor kitchen, petanque court,… 5 bedrooms, (including a master suite) with double bed (140 cm) and storage, accommodating up to 10 guests. Open kitchen with all the necessary amenities (XXL American fridge, wine cellar, microwave, oven, Nespresso, etc.) 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
