Free panoramic views north over the sea provide excellent opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property.
