In Piazza del Paradiso, you’ll find a charming and renovated apartment with direct access to a large private terrace with panoramic views. The apartment features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a sofa bed. A truly magical place, thanks to the furnished terrace that immerses you in the beauty of Rome. The impressive dome of the Church of Sant’Andrea della Valle and the surrounding rooftops create a unique and unforgettable experience.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
