We accommodate workers and also families with a large park at the back of the garden with direct gate access. Beautiful & spacious detached house with 3 bedrooms & 5 beds each bedroom with a smart TV and 3 reception rooms each also with a smart TV. Free Wifi throughout the house, Driveway parking with space for 2 large vehicles, large garden with patio & table & chairs. Large choice of shops, pubs, restaurants & coffee shops all available within a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk.

1 bed cozy apartment on South rd right by Waterloo train station on the Southport line, starting at south parkway next to Liverpool airport and extends along the Sefton coastline to southport. A stones throw from Crosby beach featuring Anthony Gormley's Another place. Waterloo/ Crosby has a fantsastic array of bars,restaurants and shops all within a short stroll, or hop on the train to Liverpool city centre (15 minutes) or 10 mins to the National Trust’s stunning Formby pine woods.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Blundellsands Apartment.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

The Dairy Cottage Martin Lane Burscough Sleeps 2

A single storey self catering cottage will accommodate two people and is ideally suitable for guests with minor mobility issues. The lounge and the kitchen area are combined creating a cosy feeling. With a flat screen TV with smart Internet and DVD player, table & chairs and a comfy sofa to sink into. The bedroom with en suite bathroom, leads directly from the lounge and features a patio doors to access the patio with chairs and beautiful gardens.

Self Contained Annexe

Tom and Angela’s self contained Annexe. Ideal for visiting friends and family or a staycation. We live on a quiet road in the Crosby area of Liverpool, close to Crosby Beach and a short drive to Formby Beach, 7 miles from the city centre. We have private parking, a large sized garden and one double bedroom self-contained accommodation available, with private bathroom facilities, TV, WIFI, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
