The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

It is 1 minute from all shops, bakeries, bar, tobacco, restaurant and 5 minutes from the Orange Bleu gym and Super U upstairs, a living room, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and above, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
