Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy veranda with wood stove. You overlook the meadows. With its own entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guest house consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a 2-person box spring. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. A BBQ is available for rent on site.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum en station is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Detached Plattelandslodge Salland

Relax completely in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with an atmospheric wood stove and lovely sofas.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate annex to a farm that is no longer working. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he stays inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. (Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private WiFi, private entrance and private terrace. In the chicken coop, there are four chickens and no rooster.
