Prestigious location, very lively and secure neighborhood, super central, very good location. Access to two metro lines (7 and 10) and RER B and C (Luxembourg & Sorbonne). Very original and charming apartment, on two levels, with all comforts and fully equipped (washing machine, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, TV, etc.). Bedroom under a typical Parisian stone vault. You're going to have a unique experience!

It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
