Il est situé rue Saint-Jacques, l’une des plus anciennes rues de Paris, à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg, du Panthéon, de Notre-Dame et de la place d’Emily. En plein cœur de la ville, il donne sur deux cours intérieures. On y vit les fenêtres ouvertes avec tout le confort nécessaire. De nombreux bistrots, terrasses, petits commerces, boutiques, salles de théâtre sont à proximité...

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
