4,000 sqft of luxury featuring a three sided infinity edge pool and hot tub (heatable for an additional fee), glass elevator, wrap around porches, rooftop deck and Wolf stainless steel appliances. Located directly across from the beach on Ocean Boulevard with a short beach access right across the street. Enjoy a spectacular view of the island from the large wrap-around porches or widow's walk. Walk to shops and restaurants on Front Beach. Sleep 16 max.

The space
Coffered ceilings soar above plump furniture, dark hardwood floors, and sumptuous rugs at this Isle of Palms retreat. A glass elevator effortlessly takes you between each of the elegant levels. Cool down in the infinity edge pool as towering palm trees sway in a gentle breeze. Champagne in the bubbling hot tub is the perfect way to spend an evening stargazing. In the yard, a putting green awaits.

Other things to note
The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
