Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Despite being so close to the High Street it is in a very quiet location. It is situated above a shop, totally self-contained and it sleeps 2. It has a superking size bed. The Byre (old English for cowshed) is a cosy self contained unit with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and Venetian slats on the main window. The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.
