logement très propre Le logement et grand bien pour accueillir une famille comme nous avec un bébé (il y a un lit bébé à disposition) sécurisé (juste les marche à faire attention quand on sort du jacuzzi pasque sa glisse et il y a pas de rambarde)

We were looking for an overnight stay in Rouen. Valerie’s apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and modern apartment in a quiet gated block. Valerie recommended we head to the Place du Vieux-Marche for bars and restaurants. Lots of choice and just a few stops away on the metro. Ideal for our short stay. Would recommend

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

Pleasant stay. I appreciated that the coffee machine had plenty of capsules.

A wonderful experience staying in such a historical house yet still had all modern conveniences. A beautiful town and excellent base to visit Monet’s garden. Highly recommend.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement op de heuvels op de stad is prachtig. Ook de hoeveelheid groen geeft een hele fijne sfeer. Na een dag op pad was het zo heerlijk de dag af te sluiten op het balkon. Het was ook heel fijn dat we konden parkeren voor de deur. Het contact met Véronique en haar partner was erg prettig. Super vriendelijk en duidelijk. Dank voor het fijne verblijf en alle goede zorgen!

Great host and very responsive to messages. Felt very welcome and very much given our own space. Very secure place and a short walk to the town centre.

Juliana en Loic zijn twee geweldige mensen die er alles aan doen om je verblijf aangenaam te laten verlopen. Het huis was kraaknet, we hadden echt geen opmerkingen. Ideaal vakantiehuisje voor wie houdt van rust en natuur. We raden iedereen dit verblijf aan. Koen en Els

Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Jacques et Eric ! Se sont vraiment des hôtes aux petits soins qui prennent plaisir à échanger avec vous. La maison et son jardin sont superbes, très au calme et entourés de champs. Tout est impeccable, nous avons beaucoup aimé la possibilité de transformer les lits doubles en lits simples, étant venus pour un week-end entre amis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est pensé pour que les familles nombreuses s'y sentent bien. Les enfants ont pu courir librement dans le terrain sans que les parents s'inquiètent . La maison est super équipée. Rien ne manque y compris pour les bébés. Un panier d'accueil très sympathique avec des produits régionaux nous attendait à notre arrivée (gentille attention !) Et grâce aux nombreux conseils d'Eileen nous avons pu nous ravitailler et visiter dans les alentours.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé, nous avons trouvé le logement confortable et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. La terrasse et le grand jardin était très agréable. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et avec toute les informations nécessaires. Nous recommandons ce logement pour visiter la région, étant à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques.

Ein sehr abgeschiedenes und privates Plätzchen, genau das richtige um mal abzuschalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr rustikal aber gut in Schuss - alles war, wie beschrieben. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit mit 2 Familien und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied bei Laurent verbracht. Ein super Ort für so eine Veranstaltung. Alles war perfekt und wir hatten Platz für uns. Ein super Gesamtpaket. Danke dafür :)

J’ai passé un excellent moment,très jolie. Ça a vraiment été un coup de cœur. Je recommande vraiment ce logement, l’hôtesse a été très gentille et chaleureuse. Allez-y, les yeux fermés 😍

The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )

Logement très propre. Situé en plein centre ville mais pas dans une rue bruyante à cause des resto et bar. A proximité d'une rue passante qui est calme la nuit. La chambre est coté cours intérieure , donc au calme, et avec une fenêtre. Le lit est confortable. Le canapé lit est bien. Il y à 3 étages à monter mais l'escalier est large donc pas de problèmes. Possibilité de ce garé devant , soit en trouvant une place dans la contre allé, soit en s'arrêtant momentanément sur la contre allé pour décharger ou charger les bagages. Le parking souterrain est à 5 minutes à pied , c'est vraiment un plus car très difficile de trouver un stationnement dans Rouen (et payant la journée). Je suis entré avec un Kadjar , c'est juste mais cela passe . Appartement avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, et à proximité du centre ville pas besoin de voiture pour visité.

Mes parents ont apprécié leur séjour chez Swan, heureux de retrouver le logement comme ils l'avaient occupés l'an dernier . Le logement est très confortable et fonctionnel pour des personnes agés. J'espère qu'ils pourront à nouveau se déplacer l'année prochaine . Ce sera chez Swan sinon rien !

100% recomendado. La ubicación es perfecta y el barrio muy bonito. Sofía siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Viajé con mi esposo y mi bebé de 2 años. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
