The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom ensuite, a twin room plus large separate bathroom with bath. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with separate dining area in the conservatory leading out to a garden. The middle room serves a a snug with fire and a plush velvet sofa. The front room serves as a tv room.
