Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Amazing location with beautiful views. Cottage was immaculate with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had a lovely short stay we used the games room which is a fabulous resource. Garstang is a short drive away if you want to eat out but to be honest if you want a quiet break in beautiful surroundings this is your place. We are already looking at returning next spring 🙂

Michelle (and Chico the dog) was great! We will be pack! Huge rooms, spotless and enough to do whisky peaceful! 10/10!

We had an amazing stay at Patty's Barn, loved the rural location, great for cycling and walking. The accommodation was perfect - clean, well equipped and a good size. Michelle was a generous host, always friendly and ready to offer ideas and recommendations. Our kids, 11 and 13, loved the games room and kept them occupied for hours. We also loved watching the sky divers land at the centre next door!

What an absolute gem Poolfoot Cottage is! My partner and I, along with our four-legged friend, recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning barn conversion, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cottage perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comfort. The historical character of the building has been beautifully preserved while offering all the contemporary amenities you could wish for. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax and unwind, with every piece of furniture chosen for maximum comfort. The outdoor space is a particular highlight - the private garden is a peaceful oasis where we spent countless hours. The gentle sound of the water feature created such a serene atmosphere, and the hot tub was absolutely divine, especially during the evening hours. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The barn conversion has been done so thoughtfully, preserving the historical elements while creating a cozy, welcoming space.

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Michelle has been a great host and the we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was brilliant and the location of it was very peaceful. We all enjoyed being in a remote location yet so close to all the amenities. We would love to go back again for a longer stay!

Derek and Kath are lovely hosts, right from arrival they were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very well presented and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The surrounding areas are great for long walks and the location has some nice walks too! Going with our dog, he loved the big open spaces to explore and enjoyed the little stream/river at the foot of the hill. Would definitely recommend for a nice quiet location where you can go enjoy the neighboring towns and walks and then return back to the cottage for a cosy night to relax.

Absolute gem of a place, had everything to make you feel at home. Location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach. Helen and Alex are amazing hosts with great attention to detail to make your stay just the best ❤️

A beautifully presented and appointed house in a very convenient position for accessing the Green by the sea and the town centre. Very comfortable and well equipped.

We really enjoyed staying at the coach house, located perfectly for access to Lytham and Blackpool. Big enough for 6 of us staying and with enough room for us to have had family around for dinner one evening. The accommodation itself is well kept, easy to find and Liz left clear instructions for access prior to us arriving. If you have a dog the garden is ideal for them to potter round securely. Holly Cottage was perfect for our short stay in Lancashire to visit family. Super close to Lancaster and Garstang as well as easy access to the motorway. Our golden retriever loved the garden which is ideal if you have a dog in tow due to it being secure.

We had a lovely stay in Emma's place. The property was really clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and hope to return again.

A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

The accomodation exceeded expectations.

The house was easy to find using the instructions given and the location was lovely and felt like home. The house itself was better than expected, also very clean, modern and comfortable. The welcome box of goodies was a really nice touch and gratefully received. Felt really relaxed there. The huge bonus was having the secure paddock area which my dogs loved. We had great meals in the Rose & Crown just 7 mins away and from Nellie the Elephant Indian just 4 mins away. Lots of other places nearby. I would love to come here again and would highly recommend.

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

Catherine's cottage was a pleasure to stay at. The cottage was clean and very well presented and the garden area has seating which is perfect for an evening vino or a morning cuppa. Croston is picture perfect, a short walk to a handful of lovely pub/restaurants, a boutique cocktail bar and an Indian restaurant. A short walk takes you to the river and church, very pretty. Our weekend stay ticked all the boxes, for a busy couple wanting to switch off for 48hours , this cottage, host and village were perfect. There is a shop a few yards away, and a sports bar with cricket pitch and terrace, so we chilled watching a match with drinks. Private parking place also, look forward to returning.
