The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². My place is in a great spot – just 15 minutes (13 km) from Roermond, where you can shop at the popular Designer Outlet. Or head south and in 30 minutes (35 km) you’re in lively Maastricht, full of fun bars and nice restaurants. Mijn huis ligt lekker centraal – je bent in 15 minuten (13 km) in Roermond, waar je heerlijk kunt shoppen in het populaire Designer Outlet. Rijd je naar het zuiden, dan sta je in een half uurtje (35 km) in het gezellige Maastricht vol leuke bars en restaurants.

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our vacation home is located in Geistingen, a stone's throw from the Dutch border, where it is for young and old, with plenty of possibilities nearby. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy some tourist attractions, such as the day beach "De Steenberg", marina "De Spaanjerd", the Bastion and the Maasplassen. The white town of Thorn or Maaseik are also worth a visit.
