This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Amazing fully furnished 100 m² appartment for rent at the characteristic center of Maastricht. The location is great, only 7 minutes walking from the 'Vrijthof' and a 5 minute drive from the MECC, University, MUMC. In close vicinity there is everything you can wish for, a lovely park to walk, a supermarket, busstop and bars/restaurants. The appartment houses in a 1910 building full of charateristic and traditional elements and it is fully equiped, including AIRCONDITIONING!

In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very convenient to the MECC (5 minutes / car), Maastricht University ( 5 minutes) and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.
