Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

It has a wonderful terrace overlooking the village, the mountains, and in the background, we see the sea, the bay of Rosas. House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It is also 25 kilometers from Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can hold mountain bikes and hiking and follow megalithic routes. No big parties are allowed, but the barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and large groups.
