The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

What an amazing stay. The split level and multiple sofa bed options made it ideal for keeping kids separate. Additionally, the balcony setting provided the top atmosphere we have ever experienced in an Air bnb. St. Peter’s basilica in the background, the jovial night sounds from the square below, all made for amazing evenings in Rome. Centrally located and an easy walk to all the major sites, we were able to walk everywhere. The square adjacent to the building was perfect for every need from a lunch bite to a midnight gelato. Finally, Stefano was always responsive and extremely helpful to all of our needs. We can’t wait to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Nicolo is an exceptional host—very responsive and attentive, making sure everything was in place for a pleasant and easy stay. Highly recommend!
