Holiday rentals with a patio in Machesney Park

Very clear, beautiful location on the lake, background and restaurant was awesome. Jake was very friendly and just a nice guy!!!

The apartment is spacious, bright, and looks right onto the Rock River. I would love to return in the summer and be able to enjoy the deck which overlooks the water. The location is convenient to many local attractions. It would be a good place for an extended stay with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Saul was a great host and replied quickly to messages.

Perfect little place just a quick drive out of Dixon off I-88. Very peaceful at night, we had a great weekend!

This was a great Airbnb for us! Right near downtown (if you know Monroe, it’s across the street from the middle school). Lots of cute details that we enjoyed finding and seeing - it’s really well decorated. Hosts were wonderful and kind, beds were comfortable and amenities were abundant. I would definitely stay here again.

Brent's place was just as advertised. It worked so well for our little family. It was close in proximity to our friends on Lake Como and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The communication from the start of our rental to the end of it was really clear and concise. Thank you!

Dean the host was very responsive and flexible when when we contacted him about an earlier check in. The house was spotless, updated, and perfectly furnished. He left clear directions prior to arrival and easy to follow departure instructions. The location was perfect as well, an easy 1-2 block walk to multiple restaurants, ice cream shops, and Williams Bay. We would most definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melussa's chalet. The proximity to the Sugar River Trail allowed us to walk to restaurants, stores, coffee shops & bakeries. It's location is just a short drive from Monroe, Verona and Madison. The chalet was very clean & met all of our needs. The basket of snacks and coffee was a nice welcome. We look forward to our next stay at the chalet!

Check in was simple and the house is very cozy. Love the location, 3 pubs/restaurants within a short distance. Although the weather didn’t permit it, there is a beach close by. Host was very attentive and was easy to communicate with. The big bonus was they are dog friendly and our furry one had a blast. Would definitely rent again.

She was a great host. Was very responsive and allowed my group and I to have an early check in- she got back to us really quick and we were impressed with response time. Great location and close to the lake, only a few steps away!

Our party of 5 (ages 51-85) had a wonderful stay in Deborah's house. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there is a lot of space for working, playing, and eating. The river views are just amazing! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one may need. We visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Laurent House and Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, both highly recommended. Overall, this is a great place, and we hope to come again next year.

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was just as described. We came with our bicycles and the local bike shop has routes published that either come right past the property or can easily be accessed from the front door. Lake Geneva is an easy 4 mile ride and you can extend from there. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is a short walk south…we went east and the houses and gardens along the lake are impressive. So the location of this Airbnb was ideal!

This was a great stay! The condo was so cute, cozy, and clean. David has seen to everything to make the stay comfortable. The hide-a-bed was so comfortable, I asked him where he got it! Very nice patio where you can see the lake. You can also walk down to the lake or take a walk around it. A sand crane came up on the patio one morning which was awesome. It was a girls weekend. We felt very safe. You can walk to two restaurants, The French Country Inn and Mars (a 100 year old establishment, very charming). On Friday night, we ate at the French Country Inn and got to watch the fireworks across the lake from the Grand Geneva. Lake Geneva is a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this place. We had such a nice time and were very happy with the condo and the location. In the summer there is a pool very near the condo. We may come back next summer to check that out! Or, maybe rent some kayaks. Thanks for a great stay, David! We will be back.

Lively apartment, beautiful area, attentive host. Place was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Could hear the neighbors from upstairs. Didn’t bother me, but if you are not used to having neighbors it can be distracting.

Beautiful, very clean and quiet one bedroom condominium. The space is decorated thoughtfully with comfortable furniture. It was a great location to access the area for restaurants and entertainment or hanging out and watching a movie. The host was great! Highly recommended.

Just minutes from the lake and downtown, we were able to enjoy charming local shops, great restaurants, and stunning lakeside views without needing to drive far. It was the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient access to everything Lake Geneva has to offer. Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making our stay comfortable. They provided excellent local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate! This place has updated kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, washer and dryer, plenty of gadgets, towels, a keurig, cable tv, and more. It’s very spacious and super clean. Location is in between downtown LG, and Williams Bay. Really close to Mars Resort and Walkable to the Lake at the sand hill and Getaway resturant. The Ridge resort is next door (we got a day pass to enjoy the indoor pool DJ and hot tubs). The pool at t the property was clean and warm enough to swim on a semi cool night. Very peaceful and wooded. Kathy was a great host and responsive. Cell service can be spotty but wi-fi was great.

Condo is located in beatifull and quiet location. Place was clean and comfortable. Joe was available to answer questions we had. Overall our stay was great.

Nice comfortable space, and a good easy location. Walking distance from the lake. Space was even larger than it looked in the pictures, and clean and comfortable.
