We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. I want trouble-free guests to make the stay a success for both parties. In addition to Kudowa itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga.
