H386 è la più intima e accogliente delle nostre strutture, disposta su due livelli. Al primo piano si trova la camera matrimoniale, dotata di un ampio lucernario che regala una vista mozzafiato sul cielo stellato durante le limpide notti estive. Dalla finestra si può invece ammirare il Pizzo di Prata che si erge maestoso sul lato opposto della vallata. Inclusa nel soggiorno, una deliziosa colazione fatta in casa con i nostri prodotti bio, per iniziare la giornata con gusto e autenticità.

Beautiful chalet, recently built in stone and wood, located on two floors with stone fireplace, 3000 sqm of garden, fruit trees, organically grown vegetable garden, stone barbecue, hammock with panoramic view of the wonderful Acquafraggia waterfalls, access road and private parking. Strategic location 30 minutes by car from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 minutes from Madesimo, 40 minutes from Lake Lecco, 1.15 minutes from Milan and 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, tobacconist and bar.

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

The property consists of two independent housing units.

A cosy environment awaits both to spend moments of relaxation and working remotely. From our garden you can also pick fruits and vegetables in season. Ideal area for hiking, MTB, fishing, skiing, climbing, photo and gastronomic tourism.

The "La Lègur" chalet is located at 1350 meters above sea levelin in Monte Basso's village (Alta Valsassina). Part of a cabin, ground-floor apartment approximately 30 mq with private entrance and garden. Open space with equipped kitchenette. Double sofa bed and bunk bed for up to 4 guests. The upstairs apartment is for the exclusive use of the owners. Pets allowed
