Holiday rentals with a patio in Madison Heights

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

This place is so cute and exactly as pictured from the listing. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!

This place was perfectly located with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The Riverwalk and casino were both situated in the same area. Well worth taking a trip to Canada 🇨🇦. Highly recommended 🤗

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Nafi is a great host, and quickly responsive. I even left a few items after check out by mistake and he was kind enough to let me come back and retrieve them with no hassle! Most definitely will book again ❤️

Ryan’s place was perfect for my trip to Michigan. The house was adorable and very comfy. It was in a great location and very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent here. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and we felt comfortable and safe while walking. If we are ever in the Detroit area again, we would definitely like to stay here again

We loved our stay! We came into town for a Tigers game and it was easy to get downtown. Royal Oak is a very nice community with a cute downtown and wonderful churches for Sunday Mass. we will definitely visit in the future!!!

Great location! Walkable neighborhood to restaurants. Front bedroom bed was comfy. Communication with Phil was easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Matt’s place was a comfortable and quiet place from which to explore Detroit and the surrounding villages. Matt was a conscientious and responsive host and the house & amenities were as described. Check in and check out were easy peasy! Loved Detroit & will be back!

This was perfect for our stay to come up to go both to the Royal oak music theater as well as visit family from out of town. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs the house was really quiet on the street neighbors were respectful easy access to 693 and to get around Thank you so much would highly recommend and stay here again

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Really appreciated the clean, welcoming apartment and the walkability of this location.

I loved the place, very comfortable

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

I highly recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in the Detroit area. It’s clean and a great location. Easy to get to and very clear instructions. Such a nice condo with everything you need. The kitchen is fantastic. The home was very clean and inviting. Above all of that, Jacques and Jessica are so great to work with. Communication was stellar and they were available for any questions. They went above and beyond anything we expected and that made our visit even better. Completely stress free and allowed us to enjoy our time in Detroit. Just a great experience across the board. We will be back in the future. Thank you so much you guys!!!

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
