Holiday rentals with breakfast in Madulain

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very pleasant. And the village is very authentic, small and has everything you need. You can make wonderful day trips by boat.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Lovely little apartment, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. A few nice restaurants nearby, but you do have to be relatively fit as there are hundreds of cobbled steps to and from any part of the town to the BnB! Worth it for the view but something to be mindful of when booking. Annalisa & her son, Ricciardo, were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and there was free local parking when needed. Thank you!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Monica and her son warmly welcomed us and helped us with our many suitcases. Upon our arrival, we found a small tart with our names on the dining table. Monica left us things for breakfast and also something for dinner. There was also a minibar (for a fee). The place was super clean. We were able to spread out over the terraces and the garden and enjoy the great view. Would definitely come again!

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

It was a special treat to stay at such a unique property. We felt as if we had been transported back in time. The property had a rustic and authentic atmosphere but with modern conveniences. Excellent hospitality and amenities. Andy provided us with thorough pre check-in information and was always quick to respond to questions. Having the home stocked with breakfast foods made for an easy transition. We especially enjoyed our daily delivery of fresh breads. There was a selection of wines and beers for purchase. My son is a sommelier and we had fun sampling some of them. The sauna and spa were a much needed way to relax and unwind. I loved the view from the sauna. I felt like I was in a medieval tower. Gnosca is a lovely small town with pristine views and a waterfall just a short walk away. We could hear the subtle sound of the water flowing when we were in the back yard. We rented the entire home and enjoyed complete privacy in the back yard. Comfortable beds and linens

We had a wonderful stay in Tremezzo. The appartement is very well located with a great view and a lovely garden. The beddings and towels are great quality, the kitchen is very well equipped , perfect for familles.

I had the pleasure of staying in Monica's attic with my family and I must say that it was an incredible experience! The attic is super-equipped, with everything you could wish for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is ideal, the view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Her dad gave us the opportunity to take our children to visit his horses. Monica was a fantastic host, helpful and attentive to the needs of guests. The attic is truly beautiful and wonderful, (we would also like to try it for New Year's Eve as it has a fireplace and a pellet stove) with a design and furnishings that make it unique and special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Rating: 5/5 stars Tip: book in advance, because this attic is a real gem and you won't want to miss it!

Simple but very well-stocked apartment, cozy and in a great position. In the area there are beautiful walks to do, starting directly from the house, very panoramic and quiet.

What a gem?! This Airbnb gave us the perfect experience of Bellagio the people watching from the terrace was impeccable! We felt like we could be right in the heart of it all even when we were taking a quick rest between visiting villas. It was close access to everything and we found the road leading to the Airbnb easy to travel up and down as it didn’t involve stairs. The views are amazing and can’t be done justice in photos. The most incredible time for our honeymoon we will be recommending to anyone we know visiting Como

Paolo was very welcoming. He greeted us in person with fruit and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was clean and large enough for our group. Paolo also gave me the name of a driver to taxi us back and forth from the train station. The driver was also fair and friendly.

The apartment is outstanding. Very tasteful, no cut corners for the renovation and as clean as possible. Everything is new, inside a d outside. I’m quite amazed by that. The little gifts breakfast and bikes were also a nice touch. With the bikes there is a bike path from the Flat to Lago di Ledro, I suggest to bike there. The Spa is great as well.

Never experienced such a family atmosphere. Each family member introduced themselves to us and offered their help. The apartment is totally nicely furnished and we would have liked to stay longer! We were even invited to have dinner with them. You should be aware that the village is very high up and some serpentines have to be covered. But it's 100% worth it. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Alessandra even provided everything you need for breakfast. From coffee & tea to fresh eggs. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We'll be back!

Marco was a brilliant host. He eagerly met us for a smooth check-in experience, was friendly and responsive to any questions. He offered a list places to go and the fridge was stocked with local produce. Marco went above and beyond to make sure our stay in the beautiful Sondrio Old Town was the best experience it could be. Would love to be back!

Béa is an extremely communicative woman. You can discuss many interesting topics with her. Béa is cosmopolitan and a very warm person.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in! Extremely warm welcome on arrival with a glass of Prosecco and some homemade donuts which were delicious. The home was immaculate and super cute, use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Each morning we came out to our veranda all setup ready for an incredible breakfast, as soon as we came out to eat we were greeted with cappuccino, scrambled eggs and hams and cheese, each morning made the day feel extra special. We thank our hosts so much. And would 100% come back. Thanks for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay James & Hope.

Love the place and the hosts. It is good that the bus stop is near. I like the trusting nature of my hosts. I definitely recommend this place! And I will stay here again if it (the place) is available!!

Coming back to Nadia’s house feels like visiting a favorite relative — if that relative had an insanely charming home overlooking Lake Como and made the world’s best homemade breakfast every morning. The room is old in the most beautiful way, full of character and little details that make you smile. Nadia herself is a gem — warm, attentive, and just so real. She thinks of everything before you even realize you need it. We’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly, it keeps getting harder to leave. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at — nothing else even comes close. If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it. Just leave a spot for us too!

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Had a superb stay! We stayed 8 nights and we enjoyed the wonderfully cool room and the delicious breakfast. The kitchen was separate from the room, but exclusively for our use. For breakfast, everything was ready so you could decide for yourself what time you want to have breakfast. The room and Sara's help was great! Palanzo itself is a nice authentic village in the mountains. In the village, there are a few restaurants where you can have a good dinner. Please note that it is a 15-minute drive from the village to the lake. Because the village is on a mountain, it is not convenient if you have difficulty walking, because you have to walk a long way up to the B&B. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

An amazing apartment with breathtaking views! Waking up and looking at a mountain is not very usual... and getting a superb breakfast on top of that makes the journey very easily enjoyable. Francesco was a very friendly host who gave us good recommendations and made our stay as smooth as possible. Huge recommendation, this was a true hidden gem!

The view, the location, the room, and Laura, the host, and the big breakfast she prepared for us, literally everything was perfect!! My partner and I loved Laura’s place so much. It is easily accessible by bus, and there is a port for ferries nearby that connects you to all other parts of Lake Como. I strongly recommend you stay here if you have a chance to visit the area!
