Un tempo casa della mia nonna e della sua famiglia, conserva ancora l’atmosfera autentica della vita di paese, tra vicoli storici e a due passi dalla natura. Da qui si raggiungono facilmente a piedi il fiume, pareti e aree per arrampicata e bouldering, oltre ai grotti e numerosi sentieri per escursioni.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
