Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mahalon

Dominique's house is located on a very peaceful street close to the center of a very beautiful little Breton town full of charm (in the tip of South Finistere). It is spacious and welcoming, simple and functional and has an extensive garden not overlooked. We felt comfortable immediately and had a lovely stay with friends. Thanks to Dominique who was communicative and accommodating.

Super great accommodation, for two people with plenty of space. Private terrace with sun. A large bed and a small bed. Very cozy. Very flexible and friendly hostess. Would love to come again.

We liked the cottage and the cozy interior with an open fireplace very much. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Unfortunately we could not use the garden due to unstable weather. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the sea (partly) and into nature. Hardly any views from the interiors in the surroundings or on the sea. Very pleasant quiet location, away from the place, therefore a car is absolutely necessary. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation where we felt particularly comfortable. When we arrived without searching, we were greeted personally by Renan and the dog in the yard. The accommodation is a separate house made of natural stone, which gets a lot of light through the door. Inside, it is furnished in a successful mix of old and new (great wooden furniture). Books, games and matching decorations create a cozy impression. There is enough space for us guests to spread out our things. Outside is a nicely furnished area where we could sit in the rain. Inside, the bathroom has a mix of dressing and housework area (chest of drawers, clothes rack, washing machine). This makes it unnecessary to bring the luggage upstairs. Very practical. We were very nicely greeted and said goodbye, in between we could be private for ourselves. We were shown where we could find the hosts in their house if needed. But everything worked out and we had no need.

Very cozy accommodation, decorated with great taste, in which you immediately feel good. Close (on foot) to the Portzic beach and the menhir, 2 beautiful sites of the peninsula. We hope to be able to stay there again when we spend a few days on the peninsula.

We had a pleasant stay at Romain's, who knows how to be responsive. The accommodation is very friendly and ideally located, central enough to explore Cap Sizun, Quimper, Crozon peninsula, further south Pointe de la Torche. GR34 nearby and surf spots to enjoy the scenery and waves! All the conditions are met for a wonderful holiday!

Very nice comfortable apartment with everything you need, easy to access. We felt at home there right away. Owners available and warm. We had a lovely welcome. This stay was very pleasant in a relaxing environment. If we are back in Brennilis, we will know where to stay next time.

We had a very good stay at Joe's accommodation, a very responsive host and very good advice. The accommodation is very well located, we enjoyed the sea view when we woke up! It is optimized and everything is designed to have a good time.

We park the car at the time of arrival and then everything is done on foot. The location is really perfect. Don't hesitate and go for it!! We'll be back!

Rémi is a very friendly and attentive host, who also likes to give tips. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is centrally located in Fouesnant and is very well located to explore the surroundings. An excellent boulangerie with many sweet and savory treats is less than two minutes' walk away. I can only recommend this apartment.

Great location and lovely views of the back of the cathedral. It was pleasantly quiet as it did not face the road with the cafe’s on. Fantastic to be able to stroll out to eat or for a coffee. Comfy bed and sofa. Quimper is a pretty and lively town and a good base for exploring the west of Brittany.

Beautiful family evening in a clean, nice apartment and close to the city center. Thierry is very attentive and checks in on arrival and departure: very caring. Great value for money.

This house is an absolute dream! Where else can you enjoy such a spectacular view in practically all rooms?! And then this tranquility - incredible! On a starry night we could even admire the Milky Way! We were there with our dog and were able to walk along the coastal path right away. All in all, we highly recommend this house.

A nice house with a pool. Everything has been thought of in the house. Personal reception with explanations. Very friendly people. Nice beaches nearby and various small towns within an hour's drive. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc. within driving distance by car. For dog owners, the property is partially fenced. One part is not fenced, small wallet with plants. The swimming pool is serviced twice a week etc. We had 2 nice weeks.

Justine is an amazing host, super helpful and always responding fast! The place is very spacious and very clean and the garden is amazing, as well as the proximity to the ocean.

Exceptional accommodation, Villa Ponant has all the amenities and environment conducive to an unforgettable stay, for young and old alike. Béatrice is a welcoming and caring Host, who cares for a successful stay and who is full of ideas for visit, activity and restaurant to discover, leaving the tourist trails. We'll be back for sure.

Jerome's property is delightful and has everything you need for comfort. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet. A short walk to a very rocky coastline and maybe 1/2 mile or so to a lovely sandy beach (although it did have a red flag). Sadly the weather was against us for our stay and unless you are heavily in to walking, cycling or surfing there really isn't much else to do. There are 2 cafe /bar/restaurants but no shops so we had to drive everywhere. We did have a very peaceful holiday but wouldn't return to this region again for the reasons stated above. We would however definitely recommend Jerome's house as it is very beautiful and quiet.

We were there as a family for almost two weeks. The accommodation is just as great as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are very nice and quiet, the beach is nearby and beautiful. Larger supermarkets are easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and you can hear the sea. The furnishings in the house are excellent, clean and very comprehensive and there is a lot for children to discover. Communication was very fast if you had questions and the hosts are very accommodating with positive communication. Overall, I can only recommend the stay, the stay was 11 out of 10.

Very pleasant accommodation to live in, quiet, with a relaxing setting. The accommodation is well equipped and large enough for everyone to be their space, even at 8! I recommend it!
