Our updated beach house offers a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, chill-out roof terrace, BBQ, bath towels, bed linens, exercise equipment, washer and dryer, books, games, an office workstation, and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from many bars/restaurants and the local grocery store. This is our vacation home, and it holds a special place in our hearts. House built in 2000 in the minorcan style with a large terrace overlooking a beautiful garden and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with their own bathroom and a large bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms. Plenty of storage. Large living room overlooking the terrace. Very quiet street in the greenery 400m from the sea and 3 by car from the lovely village of Binibeca Vell. The house is fully equipped.

The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located.
