Monthly Rentals in Maidford

The Studio was exactly as described, and felt very spacious. The room was nicely decorated and felt clean and fresh. Due to the hot weather, the room felt quite warm, but Catrina had kindly provided a tall fan to keep us cooler. Everything we needed was provided. Catrina (and her daughter) were welcoming, but unobtrusive. We didn't have the opportunity to explore the area, but the village looked beautiful, with some nearby walking routes. Would love to stay again.

A beautifully decorated AirBnb, perfect for 2 couples. We particularly loved the kitchen and the outdoor area! It was sparkling clean and lots of thoughtful touches around the home. We'd definitely recommend staying here! The only thing to note is that the closest shop (that we could find) is a local co-op around 7-8 minutes drive away, so you'll definitely need a car. Other than that minor detail, we loved our stay here.

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

I had a fantastic time staying at Siobhan’s place. She was very helpful and knowledgable - especially when it comes to recommending great Indian restaurants for a takeaway! The guest suite had everything you could ask for, especially a lot of snacks in the fridge as well as amenities for a decent breakfast. The farm animals were so lovely - the dogs, the cats, the chickens, the geese and the sheep were lovely to encounter, especially when coming from a lively city. I will definitely come back when I am back in the area ❤️
