Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

The apartment is fully and luxuriously equipped, including kitchen utensils and dishwasher. WiFi can be used free of charge. Furnished with high-quality inventory, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a living room with sofa bed and large-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In 2018, we lovingly renovated and modernized the guest house, an old half-timbered house on our farm. In the countryside and only 30 km from Frankfurt, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature. For golf lovers, it is only 100 meters to the course, where the Ristorante Bella Vista with Italian cuisine is also waiting for you. There are also dishes, such as pizza, to go.
