In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

It is located within walking distance of the Main and a beautiful quarry lake with swimming facilities. In addition, excursions to the Spessart or the historic old town of Wertheim, Homburg Castle on the Main, etc. are possible, and there are various hiking opportunities.

In this glue- and metal-free wooden construction, we have made maximum use of minimal resources and a lot of flexibility possible. The construction trailer is quietly located in the middle of the meadow, surrounded by an old fruit tree. Here, especially families with children can enjoy nature. A fire pit invites you to relax together. Good air and a wonderful starry sky (if cloudless) are guaranteed here. There are also some beehives on the property.
