Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our beautiful guest apartment is located in an ecologically renovated half-timbered house in the back of our property in the heart of Mainz-Bretzenheim. The apartment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It is completely modernized and is within walking distance to the center of Bretzenheim. Mainz City, University, University of Applied Sciences, ZDF, SWR are very close and easily accessible. The apartment has a living area of 54 sqm and a large terrace over the entire width of the house with stairs to the garden.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
