Our exceptionally spacious apartment is located in the heart of the Rheingau, centrally and quietly right next to the cathedral. The Biedermeier residential building has been extensively renovated with great attention to detail. All stores for daily needs and the Rhine are in the immediate vicinity. Friday morning is the market and takes place directly on the cathedral square. Our very well-equipped apartment offers an excellent combination of living and working (WLAN 250 MBit/s).

Anneliese country house

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

The flat is approx. 45 square metres in size, it has its own entrance with a small terrace and a private sauna. This can be used for 2 hours for an extra charge of €15. It is a superbly renovated old building apartment in Eltville am Rhein, from which you can quickly reach the vineyards worth seeing as well as the cozy city center of Eltville. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m². The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Completely renovated in 2022, the house has an idyllic 1,200 m² garden, a paved courtyard with parking and an electric charging station. For breakfast, you will be supplied with fresh eggs from our happy hens.
