This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Erholung am Ijsselmeer in Makkum mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser. Unser Haus ist ausgelegt für 6 Pers. (ideal 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Ca. 100qm Wohnfläche, 3 Schlafzimmer, Toilette im UG, Bad mit Dusche, Wanne + Toilette im OG, großzügiges Wohnzimmer sowie top ausgestattete Küche, Terrasse mit eigenem Steg. Ladestationen für E-Autos 3 min fussläufig am Eingang des Parks. Reinigung ist im Prei inkludiert. Bettwäsche + Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen oder zusätzlich buchen für 20€ pro Pers.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, mid-century inspired vacation studio. A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

Meadow cottage with veranda on the waterfront!

Romantisch nieuw vakantiehuisje met veranda aan het water én ruime privétuin, midden in natuur-en vogelgebied tussen Alkmaar en Hoorn. Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht, ruime badkamer met douche en bad of ga op avontuur met de kano de polder in. Het Weidehuisje voelt als een afgelegen privé paradijs, maar ligt verrassend centraal in Noord-Holland. Of je nu wil fietsen, wandelen, vissen, vogels spotten, dorpen ontdekken of gewoon even helemaal niets doen. Dit is de plek waar je op adem komt.

Grand Canal House in Harlingen

The house offers three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. It’s understated elegant interiors have been published in the UK House and Garden and the Residence interior magazines. Guests get to use the grand blue room with velvet clad walls and the souterrain kitchen with wood burning stove. There is a peaceful city garden with BBQ and outdoor seating. In the winter one can enjoy cosy evenings besides the various fireplaces, long dinners in the kitchen or baths in one of the bathrooms.

Nice apartment with a view. (K) Adults only

As of January 1, 2026, Adults Only applies. Nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful old Stolp farmhouse in the beautiful Den Hoorn on Texel. Bedroom, dressing room and open living room. Outside, there is a terrace with 2 seats and wide views over the countryside. Supermarket within walking distance. Here you can buy your freshly baked rolls in the morning, but also sustainable Texel meat. Various eateries and just outside the village of Novalishoeve for a nice lunch or coffee.

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Wooden nature house with a view. Close to lake.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Hof van Onna

A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

This back house of a former cantonal court dates back to 1720 and is located right in the middle of the cozy center of Hoorn - on the harbor and within a 10-minute walk of the beach. The house has 3 floors full of atmosphere and amenities. Vacation home in Makkum/ Ijsselmeer

The vacation home has now been completely renovated and refurnished. It has a 3 meter jetty with direct access to the IJsselmeer. The terrace faces south, so you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The beach is gently sloping. In the park there is a rental for bicycles, family bikes, standup paddle boards etc. There is a supermarket, a pizzeria and numerous restaurants nearby. Medical care is also available in the village.

From spring, you can explore the picturesque waterways by boat or on a SUP board.* The house is connected to the Grote Vliet, a popular water sports and fishing location. Within cycling distance of the IJsselmeer (beach). *Sloop for rent for 75.00 per day (ask about the possibilities regarding winter storage)
