Maravilloso alojamiento en Ronda. Un remanso de paz a 5 minutos paseando del centro de la ciudad (Plaza de Toros, Puente Nuevo,...), desde donde disfrutar de unas preciosas vistas panorámicas hacia la serranía. Muy próximo a los Baños Árabes y el Arco de Felipe V, paradas obligadas para el visitante. Antigua estancia de los guardases del Molino de Alarcón acondicionada y equipada para 6 huéspedes. Muy confortable, luminosa y de fácil acceso. Cuenta con aparcamiento privado exterior para 4 vehículos. Dos habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con baño privado, y salón con amplio sofá cama para dos personas. Además de un baño completo independiente. También cuenta con una zona de trabajo, dispuesta de escritorio y silla. La cocina, tipo americana, está equipada con frigorífico, congelador, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, horno-tostador, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas y utensilios de cocina y menaje completo para 6 personas, que incluye vajilla, cristalería y cubertería, además de ensaladeras, fuentes, etc. Todo el menaje, así como la lencería de hogar, se encuentran a estrenar y la decoración resulta clásica y chic al mismo tiempo. Zona exterior para disfrutar de desayunos, comidas o cenas al aire libre y espacio chill out.

Apartamento independiente (con entrada independiente en el jardín) dentro de chalet unifamiliar. Ubicado en zona residencial muy tranquila y bien comunicada con todos los lugares de interés cultural y turístico, Parque Tecnológico, UMA... En coche (aparcas sin problema en la calle) 3 minutos de autovía A-7 todas direcciones y a unos 15 minutos de centro histórico, playas y aeropuerto. Andando a 3 minutos de parada de bus (línea 21 y N4 nocturna a centro histórico, linea C5 a Teatinos y UMA)

Petite maison indépendante et authentique, tout équipée, pour accueillir une personne seule ou en couple, ayant un bon esprit de convivialité, de rencontre, agréable et sympathique, et qui aime les chiens. En plein coeur de l'Andalousie, la maison se situe proche du village de Colmenar, au milieu des oliviers et des amandiers et à une demie-heure de Malaga. Il y a une toute petite piscine qui n'est pas faite pour nager mais pour se rafraîchir en cas de grosse chaleur (crème solaire interdite).
