From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (kitchen equipment and recent living rooms, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in communication on the application, welcome with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt to ensure that check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night on site. Thank you very much!

Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

The stay at Maria Rosa and Federico's was excellent. The house has everything you need and nothing is missing. The area is quiet, easy to reach and well connected to Bologna. The only thing to note about this B&B is the bathroom, which is located in the basement and can only be reached via a spiral staircase that is quite hostile for those with disabilities.

The suite is beautiful; perfect location within walking distance to everything; super clean with extra large bathroom. The terrace was wonderful: totally private, looking out over rooftops. Remember that this is a suite, not an apartment: you cannot cook, there is no kitchen or place to wash dishes. As the pictures show, there is a small refrigerator and microwave, and some glasses, plates, etc. The photo of the bookshelf is in the entryway just outside of the entry to the apartment. Gabriella was very helpful, and used the translation on her phone when necessary to communicate. I would recommend this suite!

Dear Silvia, We had a wonderful time in this quiet, clean and well-equipped house. In addition to an outstanding view, the rooms offer all the amenities you could wish for to spend a carefree holiday. Thank you so much for always being available. Our dog also felt free in the huge fenced garden. Every day, the four-legged friend was on a "journey of discovery". We will be happy to come back. This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay ever!! Not only is Anna Maria the sweetest and most helpful host but the environment was incredibly cozy and inviting! We even spent a full day just hanging out enjoying the patio! I highly highly recommend staying here and paying our dear friend a visit!

I spent two nights in Elisa and Manuel's place. The property, located near a park, in a quiet environment, is cozy, well-kept, bright, well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom is very comfortable and quiet. You can park near the house. The area is well connected, also ideal for visiting Bologna. Manuel was a present and kind host, always available for any questions or advice.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.
