Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

This unique accommodation has its own style and is located on the first floor of Villa Maiano in Fauglia. You sleep on a wonderful box spring and there is a sofa bed for a third person. Kitchen with induction hob with extractor and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet shower and washbasin. In the garden is a pergola with dining tables and an outdoor kitchen. The side terrace and pool has a beautiful view over the valley and Apennines.

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
