A romantic cottage in a secluded area near the forest in the embrace of the Bohemian Highlands, on a large fenced plot with a small pond and a stream. It is suitable for visitors looking for peace and relaxation. In the morning, you will be awakened only by the singing of birds from the surrounding forest near the cottage. This cozy brick cottage is located on the edge of the forest, in the small village of Lbín, at a distance about 5 km from the royal town of Litoměřice. At the same time, it offers a visit to the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, and many other beautiful sights within a short driving distance.

U Maliny - Adina apartment

You'll feel at home in our stylish family accommodation. You have a terrace, a fireplace and a nice view of the garden. The house is located by the river and right on the bike path. It's no problem to store your bikes here. Parking is free and is 50 meters from the house. There are two private apartments in the house. One is yours (it is on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other for other guests (on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance). Each has a separate terrace and the garden is shared. The owner's house is in the neighborhood.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Zcela nově zrekonstruovaný apartmán se nachází v historickém památkově chráněném gotickém domě ze 14. století v samotném historickém centru Litoměřic. Osobitost apartmánu podtrhují původní klenby a designový interiér. V blízkém okolí naleznete restaurace, kavárny i obchod s potravinami (30m). Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

During this peaceful stay, you will relax perfectly. In peace and comfort, you can explore the surroundings, both near and far, on foot and by bike. For example, the beautiful town of Tisá and Tiské skály are very popular with all tourists. The nearby observation tower Sněžník. All this is just 15 minutes by car. Hřensko and Pravčická brána are 40 minutes away from me. Ústí nad Labem and Děčín are about 10 km away
