The ground floor has a splendid view of Lake Pusiano, with a terrace where you can have lunch, dinner, sunbathe or enjoy the view. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. In the house there are 3 bathrooms, of which 2 with shower.

It has 1 bedrooms available with a double bed , 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a little balcony that you can enjoy in the morning with the sun for breakfast or for your dinner in front the beautiful colors on the mountain and on the lake at dinner.

Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
