Holiday rentals with a patio in Malia

appartamento moderno pulitissimo molto carino fornito di tutto,aria condizionata cucina attrezzata lavatrice letto comodo,unica pecca la mancanza della lavastoviglie. attorno a casa c'erano diversi gatti e inoltre 4 adorabili cani che vivono in quella zona, ma non abbiate paura sono dolcissimi e innocui, gli abbiamo dato da mangiare durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e ci facevano sempre le feste, se potete vi preghiamo di fare altrettanto, a creta non c'e' una vera concezione degli animali da compagnia e ancor meno dei cani randagi abbandonati a se stessi, un piccolo gesto puo' fare la differenza, grazie di cuore.

Antonia’s apartment was so lovely & we had the best holiday. The view of the sea is beautiful & we were in walking distance of everything which was great! It was also easy to get the bus to other areas in Crete, and a cheaper alternative to renting a car! The pools are really close by too, which were lovely and had a choice of 4 pools to sit by. When we arrived, Caterina greeted us for check in, sent some fab suggestions for restaurants and attractions, and kept in communication with us throughout our stay whenever we had questions, very lovely and super helpful! Antonia is a really lovely host - quick responses, very friendly, and has a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment - exactly like the pictures! Thank you for being a fabulous host.

Es wurde hier nun schon öfter erwähnt, aber es muss einfach genannt werden. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend, es fühlt sich direkt nach Urlaub und Entspannung an. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gab super viele kleine Snacks und Aufmerksamkeiten wie frischen Salat oder hauseigene Eier. Die Babyausstattung für unseren Sohn war top, mit süßer Bienenbettwäsche, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

We had a wonderful stay is this beautiful apartment. Eva is so kind, she left a really generous welcome package and even met us for a drink. Everything you need is supplied. The view is fabulous. Everything, bars, shops, restaurants etc. are within easy strolling distance and the beach is just a stones throw away. We will definitely be coming back

Appartement spacieux, agréable et bien équipé. Evangelos est réactif et accueillant. La proximité de l’aéroport est très appréciable pour un départ tôt le matin.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Direkt am Strand. Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen da zu frühstücken. Das Auto konnte man problemlos auf der Straße abstellen. Würden die Wohnung jede Zeit wieder buchen ohne wenn und aber.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

We had a great stay at this apartment near Heraklion. It was very clean, quiet, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the intercity bus station for day trips to places like Malia, Hersonissos, Agios Nikolaos, Rethymno, and Chania. The local bus station is also nearby, with easy access to beaches and Knossos Palace. The owner was very welcoming and left us local raki and fresh fruit on arrival. Highly recommended!

My mum, daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive. The bedrooms were cozy, we had lots of space, and the view is beautiful. My only comment would be that there are some essentials that would’ve made the stay easier - salt & pepper, roasting pans/trays for the oven, chopping knives, and some bin bags. We would recommend!

Sehr nettes Appartment, tolle Lage, sehr gastfreundlich. Wenige Schritte zu Strand, Strandbar, Restaurants.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht in diesem schönen Haus in Limenas! Anna und Leandros sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns empfangen und sogar abgeholt, da wir spät am Abend angekommen sind. Anna hat eine örtliche Spezialität für uns gebacken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, geräumig, blitzsauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles modern, WLAN funktioniert bestens. Die Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar. Auf beiden Terrassen kann man den Sonnenaufgang bewundern und abends mit dem Blick aufs Meer den Tagesausklang genießen. Im privaten Garten kann man ungestört gemütlich sitzen, essen oder in der Sonne liegen. Parkplatz ist am Grundstück. Gutes Fischrestaurant ganz in der Nähe, Cafes am Strand und Tavernen in der Umgebung. Weit vom Trubel und Touristenmassen kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, würden wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft gerne empfehlen!

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

The place was great just a few metres from the beach and within walking distance from everything. It was clean, tidy and well furnished and equipped. The only drawback of this location is that it is not always easy to find parking nearby. This is not an issue for couples but for a family with 2-3 little ones it might mean a great deal of carrying from and to the car.

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Villa war wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht: Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Gewürze, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Teekocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfeln und vollständiges Küchenequipment – es fehlte absolut nichts. Der Pool war blitzsauber 🏊, die Grillstation perfekt ausgestattet 🔥. Besonders die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer 🌊 war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für entspannte Momente. Auch Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum ❄️, moderner Fernseher 📺 und stabiles, schnelles Internet – alles funktionierte reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen 😌. Der Gastgeber hat alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet – von der Ausstattung bis zur Sauberkeit. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese wundervolle Erfahrung und kommen definitiv wieder! I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité immédiate de commerces et transports, tout en étant très calme. L’intérieur est propre, bien entretenu et très confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’hôte est également très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

INCROYABLE !!!! J’ai passé une semaine absolument parfaite dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description, même encore mieux : propre, bien équipé, moderne, et extrêmement confortable. L’hôte a été très réactif, chaleureux et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente. I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles sieht genau so aus wie in den Bildern. Trotz zentraler Lage war die Wohnung ruhig. Das Heraklion Heart Team war hilfsbereit und freundlich. ❤️ Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich werde zurückkommen.

Un superbe appartement avec une terrasse agréable situé à proximité de la station de bus principale d'Heraklion, idéal pour balader dans l'île. Situé dans le centre, d'excellents restaurants sont disponibles à deux pas. L'hôte a été très arrangeant ce qui n'as pas manqué d'améliorer notre séjour en Crète.
