Holiday rentals with a patio in Malia

very nice clean modern apartment equipped with everything, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, only flaw is the lack of a dishwasher. around the house there were several cats and also 4 adorable dogs that live in that area, but don't be afraid they are very sweet and harmless, we fed them throughout our stay and they always made us happy, if you can please do the same, in Crete there is no real concept of pets and even less of stray dogs abandoned to themselves, a small gesture can make a difference, thank you very much.

Our stay at the apartment was great! There are many parking spaces available just outside the apartment and you can easily walk to the city center. The airport was also just a 10min drive away. The apartment had everything you needed and it was very clean. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and Raki and felt immediately at home! Thank you for your great hospitality!

Antonia’s apartment was so lovely & we had the best holiday. The view of the sea is beautiful & we were in walking distance of everything which was great! It was also easy to get the bus to other areas in Crete, and a cheaper alternative to renting a car! The pools are really close by too, which were lovely and had a choice of 4 pools to sit by. When we arrived, Caterina greeted us for check in, sent some fab suggestions for restaurants and attractions, and kept in communication with us throughout our stay whenever we had questions, very lovely and super helpful! Antonia is a really lovely host - quick responses, very friendly, and has a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment - exactly like the pictures! Thank you for being a fabulous host.

It has already been mentioned here several times, but it simply has to be mentioned. The view is truly breathtaking, it feels like a holiday and relaxation. The apartment was very clean, there were a lot of small snacks and attentions such as fresh salad or homemade eggs. The baby equipment for our son was great, with sweet bee bed linen, nothing was missing. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The landlords were very welcoming. We were even personally greeted at 2:00 in the morning. The apartment was very clean and as described. The pool was really great and what was also great: The landlords take very good care of the pool. The day after our arrival, we had heavy Sahara rain and there was red dust / sand everywhere. The pool was also dirty and the landlord really worked all day to get the pool clean again. So that we could also use the pool 2x before we moved to the west of Crete. The apartment has good fly screens, so no insects can enter the apartment, except through the apartment door. :D There was only one disadvantage to the apartment. She's really sensitive. So noises come across relatively loud in the apartment. The four of us slept in the apartment, which was a little disruptive. Earplugs were a good solution. :D

We had a wonderful stay is this beautiful apartment. Eva is so kind, she left a really generous welcome package and even met us for a drink. Everything you need is supplied. The view is fabulous. Everything, bars, shops, restaurants etc. are within easy strolling distance and the beach is just a stones throw away. We will definitely be coming back

Spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Evangelos is responsive and welcoming. The proximity of the airport is very appreciable for an early morning departure.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

We had a great stay at this apartment near Heraklion. It was very clean, quiet, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the intercity bus station for day trips to places like Malia, Hersonissos, Agios Nikolaos, Rethymno, and Chania. The local bus station is also nearby, with easy access to beaches and Knossos Palace. The owner was very welcoming and left us local raki and fresh fruit on arrival. Highly recommended!

My mum, daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive. The bedrooms were cozy, we had lots of space, and the view is beautiful. My only comment would be that there are some essentials that would’ve made the stay easier - salt & pepper, roasting pans/trays for the oven, chopping knives, and some bin bags. We would recommend!

Maria is an excellent host and we had a lovely few days in Plaka. The apartment was immaculate with a beautiful view of the sea and Spinalonga. We very much appreciated all the delicious treats and wine left for us - a lovely touch! It is a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill to the lovely pebble beach and pretty town of Plaka. We highly recommend a stay here.

We had a very nice time with Anna and Leandros. Very quiet and very comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach, very close to several nice restaurants, and also close to the town. Anna and Leandros are also super communicative and kind. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large refrigerator, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the grill station perfectly equipped🔥. The fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxed moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast internet - everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host has prepared everything with great attention to detail – from the furnishings to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had an absolutely perfect week in this accommodation. Everything was as described, even better: clean, well-equipped, modern, and extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive, warm and thoughtful throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will come back with great pleasure if the opportunity arises. I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Nice place to spend a few days in Heraklion, able to walk everywhere!

A superb apartment with a pleasant terrace located near the main bus station of Heraklion, ideal for strolling around the island. Located in the center, excellent restaurants are available close by. The host was very accommodating, which did not fail to improve our stay in Crete.
