We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Unsere Waterfall View Suite verfügt auf 49 m² über einen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Designer-Küche & einem separaten Schlafzimmer, wodurch bis zu 4 Personen komfortabel schlafen können. Im 1895 erbauten Belle-Époque-Haus genießt ihr direkt im historischen Stadtzentrum von Bad Gastein einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Tal und den berühmten Wasserfall. Als Ausgangspunkt der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade lädt unser hauseigenes Café/Weinbar mit einer tollen Sonnen-Terrasse zu erlesenen Getränken ein.

Mallnbach Apartments ligt in het dorpje Mallnitz. Het dorpje ligt in het prachtige Hohe Tauern, Karinthië. Mallnitz heeft een eigen skigebied Ankogel (2636m), ideaal voor een wintersport met kids maar ook voor de wat meer ervaren wintersporter. Op 20 minuten rijden ligt de Mölltaler Gletsjer (3122m). Waar je in de winter sneeuwzeker bent, ben je in de zomer op de juiste plek voor prachtige wandelingen en bike tochten. Mallnitz heeft o.a. een gezellig knus dorpshart, supermarkt en bakkerij.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.
