We enjoyed our stay at Olivier's house very much. Everything was very stylish. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and the entire house was in an impeccably clean condition. The fireplace and the whirlpool were our personal highlight. Olivier was very friendly, always responded quickly and was very flexible when it came to our checkout time. The bedrooms were also cozy (we only had a little problem with the mattress in the left bedroom). It is a clear recommendation and we would certainly like to come back :)

A lovely cottage for two, warm and cozy also in January when it is fog and raining. Windows and views all around, walking from the house, and quiet. And of course clean and everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, there was enough space for 5 people. It was very convenient to have 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The area is quiet, there is a lot of nature and we would like to come back. Thank you Eric!

Great stay with two families. The cottage is rustic and cozy! Pros: heated pool (nice with Belgian weather), jacuzzi and sauna. The gite is located in the middle of nature, the view from the hot tub is sumptuous. Note that there is no safety shutter at the pool so be careful to bet with small children!! It is located 10’ from Plopsa coo, ideal for the whole family! We unanimously recommend

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the auto check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the space was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two heating sources was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage is as described: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

What a beautiful vacation home! The house was spotless, with a beautiful bathroom, tastefully decorated and very complete. At night it is wonderfully quiet. There is a lot of greenery around the house, so you have a lot of privacy. The contact with Manon was quick and very pleasant. In short, a big 10!

5/5! Team Belvilla does the management, the information was clear and communication (via a bot I got the idea) went smoothly. Owner was waiting for us and was very friendly and helpful. Cottage was great and the area is beautiful. We were a group of five friends and mainly went for nature and the surroundings. We also enjoyed the BBQ in the garden. The owner and neighborhood request after 10 p.m., but that went fine from both sides. During the day you can hear the circuit, which can also be seen from a hill a few minutes walk from the cottage. All in all a top place and accommodation, we definitely recommend it. Thanks!

The house is wonderful if you have dogs and we were very grateful to be able to stay with our dogs at Pascale's. The property is part of the house and has its own entrance. It is old and cozy, and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms are ideal. The fireplace is wonderful for cold evenings. The fully enclosed garden ensured that the dogs also had a wonderful holiday. Pascale was very friendly and as a guest you have all the privacy

The same stay that matches the listed photos. Amenities are a bit old-fashioned (as seen in the photos) but everything works properly. Only downside for us that it is located on a busy stone road (with bedroom on the street side) while this was not clear from the description. Small terrace at the back with beautiful views of the fields and orchards where you can walk perfectly. Jeroen responded very quickly to messages, is not present but gives tips when asked.

We were a total of 5 couples who spent a weekend together in the old half-timbered house. Frank was super nice and described the bedrooms to us exactly in advance. You have to know that 3 out of 5 bedrooms do not offer 100% privacy, but that was no problem for us. It was super clean, enough dishes, chairs and co. there for all 10 people and Frank responded very quickly to questions:) From the village you are quickly in Monschau, but you can also take a nice hike through the National Park to Monschau. we would definitely come again! Thank you again for everything.

We were in the area to attend a motor race at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, which is a 10-15minms drive away. The route to Francorchamps allows access to the local parking without getting caught-up in any congestion. The gite was a very pleasant place to stay and great to return to after all the hustle and bustle at the circuit. The gite is a beautiful conversion from an attractive old building. Well-appointed, it is in a peaceful location, surrounded by woodland, about 50m back from a small country road. However, access to Spa, Stavelot, or Francorchamps is easy, making the gite perfect for exploring the Ardennes region. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I'm looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful week in this cozy cottage, where everything you need is available. The veranda is great, especially when it rains. Michèle and Delphine are extremely hospitable; they give you all the privacy but are also always helpful and interested. Recommended!
