The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

When designing the Chill Home, our main goal was to create a small retreat that allows real relaxation – cozy and homely. Despite its size of only 27 m², it contains everything necessary for a short or longer stay. We hope our guests will experience the chill zone feeling! Each of our guests receives a free private parking space, and the apartment is also equipped with Internet access and a free Netflix account.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
