Holiday rentals with beach access in Manasota Key

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

process was very simple to check in and check out. David was very polite , the place was very clean it was accommodating with basic supplies such as dishes silverware coffee maker even have some coffee , paper plates simple necessities, shampoo , conditioner some soaps , towels, chairs and cooler, floats for the beach that's within walking distance the neighborhood is beautiful, definitely a little piece of paradise I'll definitely come back.

Perfect spot right across from Sarasota Beach! Quiet, very clean, great pool, and very responsive host! We loved our stay and have favorited Vanessa as a host so we can check out her properties when we come back. Highly recommend this host and property for your trip to Siesta Key.

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint, cozy cottage. The place was spotless with an ample supply of linens and a stocked kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, and felt safe. It was just a short walk across the road to the Gulf beach. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the floor fans in the unit. Deborah was very quick to respond to messages.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Casey Key. My son was able to fish off the dock and we easily walked across to the beach. We hopped to different fishing spots along the key. Very nice place with great views, fully stocked with every utensil and pots and pans for cooking. My favorite spot was the screened in lanai. My only struggle was there was not a grill available even though a grill was listed. We only brought food to grill. We were instructed to use a resort next doors grill which was inconvenient because I had to pack everything and wagon it to where the grill was. It took quite a while to figure out what grill to use. After the first meal we ended up eating out and not using a lot of our food. Other than the grill situation we had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely book again. And next time bring our own grill

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week at the Manasota Tree House. Jennifer was quick to respond and made everything easy from start to finish. The home is beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, and the private pool was a great bonus. We’d definitely love to come back.

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

It was the second time / year we stayed at this townhouse with our three kids all types of ages. The whole family loves the place: spacious, new, modern facilities, clean. It has a great area for cooking and have meal as a family and at the same time everyone can have the privacy they might need in 3 nice bedrooms. Great backyard with a lawn to sit outside, gas grill facility we used every night for dinner and a small sunroom to avoid mosquitos. Quiet location, away from the highway, almost no neighbors and a piece of wild jungles attached (empty lot with trees). In the working distance (just across the quiet street) you'll find 4 tennis courts (also used for pickleball), outdoor skating rink for rollerblading and basketball, a library with $10 fee for 3 months for kids to play and borrow books. Short driving distance to grocery shops: Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie (now being converted to ALDI). Several beaches in 15 minutes drive time (Blind Pass is our favorite).

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

Dana was an amazing host. The space was beautiful and magical. We can’t wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

What a perfect little getaway! This was our first time ever coming to Englewood/Manasota Key and we’re already planning our next trip back. My husband and I love to look for sharks teeth and we found a little over 1600 in our 6 day stay!! Stephanie thank you again so so much for everything and for opening your home to us! Very easy check in/out. Extremely clean and such a sweet host who thought of everything to make our stay cozy and content! Variety of board games, tons of beach supplies available for guest to enjoy, and the drink tumbler souvenirs were such a nice and thoughtful gift. We cannot wait to be back! :)

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

My daughter and I stayed for a mother daughter girls trip and had a blast! They made sure to take care of every little detail to make you feel comfortable and at home. Even checking in and making sure we made it ok. It was very clean and the location was amazing. Easy to get around on the trolly if we didn't want to drive and literally steps away from the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise beach. Do yourself a favor and book the trip!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Great place, great stay.

Loved this location! Easy access to all water types... gulf ocean, Lemon Bay, and a nice pool. Walking distance to several great restaurants including one with live music every night. Great place and a very friendly, communicative host. Will happily stay there again.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!
