Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

Spacious home with all the amenities you need, well equipped kitchen. We loved the lanai and had all our meals outside. Green and silent surrounding, nice neighbors. A lot of beautiful beaches within 45min (AMI) or just 15min (Siesta). Good shopping possibilities. We had a great time and will be back!

Our stay was amazing, Ven was a great host, unfortunately there are always minor issue that come about when staying in properties but their communication was so great it over shadowed all of our concerns! Thank you for the stay!

We’ve been to Siesta Key multiple times and this is the best property we have stayed in by far. All of the interior amenities are as advertised; comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, and a very comfortable living area. Outside, the pool and hot tub operated well and were perfect for winding down. The garage was fully stocked with bicycles, chairs, boogie boards; everything you needed for a short walk or bike ride to the beach. And finally, the location; everything is within a 10 minute walk. We didn’t need a golf cart or Uber with the exception of taking the Trolley to get fishing bait. This is an incredible location on Siesta Key, so convenient and easy to get around. If you have a small family or two couples looking to enjoy Siesta Key this is the place for you, thanks to the owners for great communication throughout! We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

Melissa has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. Extended our stay one day due to a last-minute change. Very responsive and helpful! Cannot recommend the location more - quiet, close to everything you need. Stay here while in Sarasota...unless we're there!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a private and calm place to come home to after our long beach days. We enjoyed spending our nights out by the pool. The pool lights we a nice touch. Would recommend to those who enjoy being in a quiet area.

We had 3 adult dads and 3 teenage sons stay for 5 nights to compete at the US Rowing Youth Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park and the house was perfect. Yvonne was very attentive to our last minute booking. Bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people, kitchen was well stocked to handle 6 people plus more. We grilled out one night and the propane grill was perfect. We hit the pool once and was the perfect size. Bathrooms were very clean and neighborhood was quiet at night. House was in close proximity to the park as well as other restaurants so worked out for the back and forth daily driving that we did. Highly recommend Yvonne’s home for future groups/families

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. It is perfect if you have young children. It was just me and my daughter (age 2) for the week. She loves the bunk beds and there was a stroller we used all week. The private pool is so nice and shared among the 6 condos but we had it to ourselves several times throughout the week. The beach is about an 8 minute walk from the condo. Everything you need is down the street and major grocery chains are all within 15-20 minutes. VK was super responsive and kind - this one is going in my favorites and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Very nice home, plenty of space for larger family. We used the heated pool everyday. Stores within 5-10 driving minutes of property. Would definitely rent in future

Marko’s family home was beautiful, charming, and spotlessly clean. The home is perfectly located, walkable to beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shops, including the market. Marko was extremely hospitable, ensured we were all set and gave wonderful recommendations. We loved this place and will be back again next year. Thank you!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jack and Angelia were great hosts! We had great communication, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. We felt right at home in their beautiful and inviting condo! Highly recommend!!

The house was really great as were the hostesses. There were a few things like the air having to be set to 73 and no lower that seemed a bit odd for a summer day in Florida, but there were a ton of ceiling fans that helped keep things cool. The back yard and pool were a perfect little escape and it was a quick uber ride to some nice restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to the beach/water this may not be what you are looking for but Siesta Key is still less than a 20 minute car ride. Overall I would definitely stay with this group again. Instructions were clear and responsiveness/attentiveness was on point!

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.
