We have stayed at this house before and always enjoyed the amenities, location and our very responsive host. We had a great time this year as well and would definitely rent it again.

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

Beautiful home in Venice! Perfect for families, the kids loved the pool. The house was clean, and organized. We loved the location and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. If you stay here make the drive to Sarasota & eat at WALTS! We went 3x! The best seafood around 🐡🐟🐠

The house was very open & inviting, easy to find with ample parking. It had easy access to the waterway and very convenient to grocery stores , restaurants and the beach. It’s located near the end of a canal but limited space for boat storage which we brought. But overall it was well worth the stay

Melissa's place is super clean and comfortable! This is my second time staying there! The pool is clean and awesome for a cool down. The master shower is great! the bed is comfy as well, and the kitchen is properly stocked with the necessary pots, pans, silverware, etc in good condition.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

This place was great for our three family vacation! It was super clean and came with everything we could have ever needed. There were *zero* bugs, so much stuff available to take to the beach, and so much space. We are already talking about coming back to this exact same place when we return! Peter was very quick and kind when it came to answering questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

This AirBnB & Boca Club where it was located was a little slice of paradise. It was even more prettier in person. Very private and safe as well. The House, Clubhouse, and pool were top notch and service was impeccable. D&D both gave great recommendations and truly cared about us enjoying our stay. We cannot wait to make this a tradition and visit annually. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

My wife and I had great stay at Christopher’s house. It was very close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend staying here!

I wish I could give ten stars to this place. It’s immaculate, impeccably decorated and has anything you’d need for a beach stay! It’s less than a minute walk from the door to the beach. Adorable neighborhood far enough from more crowded beach but walkable to restaurants and a few shops (or you can take the free island shuttle). Plenty of towels for the beach, chairs, and a wagon (but you’re so close to the beach you really don’t need it. Lovely outdoor space in front and back. Quiet neighborhood with the gulf sounds in the background and thousands of stars at night. Bradley is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed.

John is very easy to talk with. Gets right back with you. The home is very nice and the island is beautiful. Caught a few trout and snook from the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

The place is magnificent. It was very clean, organized, and well designed. Very close to the beach and dock. Definitely a place to repeat.

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! House was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. Bed linen all smelled like fresh laundry! Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood in a gold community. Maya was very responsive and courteous. Would definitely stay again

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home! The pool was a nice addition to our fun at night. We really liked the outdoor grill area. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again!

Great place great price, close to a variety of beaches and many restaurants. the house was very comfortable. was nice seeing the birds and looking at the lake.

Its amazing house with modern interior beautiful pool and lake view. Few gators in the lake. Venice has amazing beaches and restaurants. Im glad to open this city for our family.
