Apartment holiday rentals in Manatee River

We were 3 adults (1 couple+a single adult) so the accommodations were just perfect. The amenities provided were very helpful, from kitchen supplies to beach/pool equipment. The location is great. Quick ride to the grocery store, restaurants and so much more. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Debra

I cant say enough good things about this condo. Location was wonderful. Close to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The condo itself was beautiful... nice floor plan, plenty of storage and a nice selection of pots, pans, utensils and spices. Plenty of towels and linens. A closet full of beach supplies. Very nice pool that was rarely occupied. A walking/jogging path around the entire complex for some early morning exercise. Check in was a breeze, communication was always attentive and quick. Minutes from beaches and shopping. Just a FYI though ..if you sleep in the back bedroom by the golf course...you will, on occassion, have the sprinklers spray water on the sliding glass door and windows. I couldnt pin down a schedule, it seemed rather random. Just be aware because you may hear it at 4am and its a little unsettling if you dont know what it is, hahaha! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Love it! Everything about this place was perfect specially the location. The condo was sparkling clean. Not equipment with small/common kitchen goods like coffee or salt and pepper which I was very surprised but still loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for the month and didn’t want to leave! Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated! Clara was very responsive, to the point where she went out of her way to find extra, personal beach chairs when we needed them! I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience.

Great place for the price

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Thank you you for an amazing stay! Your condo is so comfortable, we felt right at home! So much for us to do and our children! We loved drinking our coffee on the patio. The boys loved playing pickle ball. Our daughter was playing lacrosse at IMG and we were within a mile of her games. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and to go to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

We had a great time staying at Priya's condo. It looks just like its shown in the pictures. We were down in Lakewood National visting grandparents, and this was the perfect spot for us. A master suite for me & my wife, and two beds in a separate room for the kids. AC+laundry both worked great, and the interior was clean and in good condition. I would stay here again the next time we're in the Bradenton area.

My stay at J & J Island Time was very nice! I parked right at the front door so it was easy to unload the car. The condo was cute and decorated so beachy cute! The living space was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed morning coffee sitting under the pergola along the canal and listened to the birds! The location is just 2 miles from Anna Maria Island where I spent a few days enjoying the beach! I even saw a manatee swimming by! There are many restaurants and live entertainment close by! It was a very relaxing get away and I would recommend it to others! Janette was very responsive and helpful!!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Maria very accommodating when ask for late check out. This is our home away from home! Water view, peaceful! We just love it! If your looking for tranquility look no further book it now! You won’t be disappointed!!

Debbie was a great host. When we had a question she even made herself personally available if needed. My wife is a light sleeper and Debbie’s place was well insulated and quiet. We would definitely recommend her as a host and would love to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

Firstly we would like to thank Linda for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring host. From the moment I requested to book the apartment to the day we departed she answered any questions we had within minutes. Shorewalk villas is a wonderful complex . The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we loved the proximity of supermarkets etc. Most mornings we went to the beach approximately 15 mins away and spent 4 or 5 hours there (using Linda's beach equipment which is all provided) and then back to Shorewalk where we would relax around the pools. The apartment itself was exactly as shown on photos. . Its in a wonderful position right by the clubhouse and amenities. It's very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped, 3 very big TVs. Thank you Linda for the treats you provided for us and the well stocked bathrooms. Everything we might have needed was there. This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Everything is so nice and beach themed. Great location and the restaurant on site is wonderful. Would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing wonderful time.

The bed was so comfortable the furniture was so nice, I most definitely loved the kitchen. I would love to come back and will definitely use this Airbnb place again 10/10 definitely recommend.
