Private entrance to come and go as you wish. Quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located close to all beaches, 10 minutes from SRQ Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 5 minutes to IMG and shopping/mall. NO ACCESS TO THE BACKYARD . PETS are allowed for 50$ cash cleaning fee cash when you check in.
