The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

It is, however, a fabulous spot for a relaxing retreat into the countryside, with the open Peak District right on the doorstep.

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character
