Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere, so nothing stands in the way of working from home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook for yourself, but there is also a good restaurant in the village.

Arrive and feel at ease. Whether you are planning a holiday or a professional stay, our accommodation offers nature, retreat and a fantastic environment. Nevertheless, you are in a few minutes in Ingolstadt (city border south 3 km) or on the motorway A9 (5 km). Our two dog girls are happy about petting units and are dear roommates (for dog allergy sufferers or people with fear of dogs our accommodation is unfortunately not suitable). We are looking forward to great encounters!

In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The approx. 50 square meters, bright and spacious apartment is located in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.
