There is NO living room/living room, but a TV nook in the double room. Secure free parking in the backyard. 5 minutes walk to the center of Mandal. Convenient food shop nearby. The house is right in the center of Mandal with walking distance to all amenities like shops and nightlife. Guests have access to a kitchen with all equipment, and otherwise all common areas. Large apartment. Downtown. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with lovely garden that must be experienced! Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Vi forventer alminnelig folkeskikk og at ingen andre beboere og naboer skal bli forstyrret etter kl. 23. Vi bor selv i huset i 2 etasje.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
